st7889 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "st7889" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://st7889.net, operated under international gaming license authority.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the st7889 platform.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful completion of the registration process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Member's st7889 account, including real-money balance and any bonus balance subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded by st7889, which is subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other wagering opportunity made available through the st7889 platform.
• "Platform" means the st7889 website, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and all associated software, services, and content.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required by st7889 before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency in which st7889 accounts are denominated.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on st7889, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not hold Member accounts).
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is unlawful.
• You do not already hold an active st7889 account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

• You are acting in your own capacity with funds that are legally owned by you, and you are not using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

st7889 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of st7889 services, you must complete the registration process and open a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. st7889 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact st7889 support immediately.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, st7889 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. st7889 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on st7889. The detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds. Real-money balances may be returned at st7889's sole discretion following investigation.

Account Currency. All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. st7889 does not hold accounts in foreign currencies.

Accepted Deposit Methods. st7889 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata bank transfers; and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your st7889 account in real time during normal banking hours. E-wallet deposits are processed immediately in most cases. st7889 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems outside our direct control.

Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must:

• Have a verified status (KYC completed and approved).
• Show a real-money balance equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to your chosen method.
• Have met all applicable wagering requirements if any bonus funds were claimed.
• Not be subject to any active investigation or account hold.

Withdrawal Processing Time. st7889 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for approved requests submitted during staffed processing windows (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next available window. Actual transfer arrival times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in your own name and matching the details on your st7889 account. st7889 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Transaction Records. A full record of all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers is available in the transaction history section of your st7889 account dashboard.

st7889 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. Where a conflict exists between the promotion-specific terms and this clause, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is expressly marked as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.

General Bonus Restrictions.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member per lifetime.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• st7889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's account and subject to wagering will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming activity — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Promotional Periods. Some promotions are tied to seasonal events in the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Promotional availability and bonus values may differ during these periods. Always check the active promotions page for current offers.

Game Integrity. All games available on the st7889 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, mahjong, and sportsbook markets — are supplied by certified third-party studios and data providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently audited. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professionals under controlled studio conditions.

Bet Acceptance. A wager is not accepted until the platform has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical fault preventing confirmation, the bet is void and any staked amount is returned to your balance.

Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesia's colloquial term for sports betting markets), mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and handicap (voor bola) wagers — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a result dispute, st7889's decision, made after consultation with the data provider, is final.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. st7889 reserves the right to adjust individual member stake limits without prior notice where fraud, collusion, or irregular betting patterns are detected.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game or bet, the affected round or bet is void. st7889 will not honour payouts generated as a result of a system error, regardless of the amount displayed at the time of the fault.

Disconnection. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round or live bet, the outcome of that round will be determined by the platform's server record, which is the authoritative record in all cases. Where applicable, auto-cashout or pre-set game settings will continue to apply.

st7889 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members directly from the account dashboard, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to remind you of how long you have been active during a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place wagers. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. To initiate self-exclusion, contact st7889 support directly.

st7889 may impose responsible gaming controls on an account at its own discretion if internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling. Such interventions are made in good faith and in the interest of member welfare.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the st7889 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of criminally derived funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other members in live casino, poker, or sportsbook contexts to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void. Members who identify a bug are required to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the st7889 platform software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Conducting any transaction through a payment account not registered in your own name.

All content on the st7889 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of st7889 or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other studio partners).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from st7889.
• Create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use the st7889 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without written authorisation.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of st7889 intellectual property will be subject to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by st7889.

st7889 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

st7889 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios for fraud prevention, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

You have the right to request access to the personal data st7889 holds about you, and to request correction of inaccurate records, by contacting our support team. Requests to delete personal data will be assessed against our legal retention obligations — certain financial and transaction records must be retained for regulatory compliance purposes regardless of deletion requests.

Platform Availability. st7889 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Wagering Decisions. All wagering decisions are made by the Member at their own risk. st7889 does not provide betting advice. Any information published on the platform relating to odds, statistics, or form guides is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to place any particular wager.

Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, st7889's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits st7889's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold st7889, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and game-supply partners harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.

st7889 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which st7889 holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Nothing in this clause limits st7889's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

st7889 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Member — st7889 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the st7889 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
